A family business, building since 2001

Wallaby Homes is run by Winston Farzan — a licensed general contractor in both the US and Australia, building for 24+ years and serving Nashville since 2018. From custom homes to whole-home remodels, additions, and outdoor living, we plan and build it with one team — so the pieces fit together instead of being bolted on.

Winston and his family live and build in the same Middle Tennessee neighborhoods we serve. We take a select number of homes each year so every build is done right — on design, on budget, on time. When you call, you talk to the owner.

Yes. We pull the permits in our name and handle engineering, Metro Codes, and inspections from start to finish — across Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Sumner, and the surrounding counties where we build.
Can you build a pool, deck, or backyard home with my project?
Yes — that's our edge. Because we self-perform pools (Wallaby Pools), decks (Wallaby Decks), and backyard homes (Nashville Backyard Homes), we plan your whole property as one project instead of bolting things on later.
How long does a project take?
A bathroom can be a few weeks; a whole-home build runs several months. After consult and design we give you a real schedule up front and keep a clean, on-time site.
