On install day the crew re-counts on the roof. If the true count differs by more than one square, the quote adjusts at the printed per-square rate, up or down. That rule is on the quote, not in the fine print.

Insurance claims, handled by the book
Middle Tennessee gets hail and straight-line wind every spring. If you think your roof was hit, here is exactly what we do, and what we won't do.
- Free inspection with photos of every damaged slope, in writing, before you call your insurer if you prefer
- We meet your adjuster on site and walk the roof with them
- Scope follows your insurer's approved estimate; anything extra is a written change order you approve
- We are not a public adjuster and don't negotiate your claim for you
- Your deductible is never waived, discounted or "absorbed". That's insurance fraud in Tennessee, and we don't do it
- If your claim is denied, you can cancel within three business days with a full refund, as Tennessee law provides
