Carpenter / Lead Carpenter

About the role

We're looking for skilled carpenters and lead carpenters to build custom homes, remodels, additions, and outdoor living across Middle Tennessee. You'll work directly with the owner on jobs we're proud of.

What you'll do

• Framing through finish carpentry on residential and light-commercial projects
• Reading plans and laying out work accurately
• Installing doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and decking
• Keeping a clean, safe, organized job site
• Helping lead and mentor laborers (lead carpenter)

What we're looking for

• Proven carpentry experience (framing and/or finish)
• Your own hand tools and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to lift and work on your feet through the day
• Valid driver's license preferred
